URON Charter and Rules

This is official charter rules for the United Republic of Nations. Please read these rules carefully as they are important to follow.






1. THE BURNOODA TRIANGLE; The Burnooda Triangle consists of the three Chairmen, leaders, of the United Republic of Nations (URON). The three chairmen will elaborate any matter involving URON. Official acts on major decisions can only occur if all three Chairmen agree. If even one of the three appeal the decision, then it no longer stands.

2. INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES; Each Chairmen holds individual minor responsibilities that they can act soley on. BUT there action can be overuled by the others if they deem the action wrong.

       2a. THE CHAIRMEN OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS; This Chairmen holds responsibility over setting up internal trade circles, getting tech deals started, enacting justice against members that break any of URON's posted rules, dealing with economics of URON and settling disputes amongst members of the alliance.

      2b. THE CHAIRMEN OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS; This Chairmen holds responsibility over diplomatic actions. He/she would represent our interests to other alliances, begin friendships with other AAs, and begin talk of potential treaties. He/she can also locate foreign AAs with tech dealers on hand.

       3b. THE CHAIRMEN OF WAR; This Chairmen is responsible for monthly warchest, evaluating military count of smaller nations, dealing with rouges, and strategizing in times of war. This chairmen will also make war declaration official, but cannot declare war without the others approval.

3. WAR DECLARATION; War cannot be declared by URON unless agreed upon by all three members of URON's Burnooda Triangle or if we are pulled in via MDP or MDoAP treaties we may have with another AA.

4. TRIBUNAL CHIEF ADVISOR; The Chief Advisor is the head of the Tribunal Advisor. While mostly holding only the ability to advise, the Chief Advisor can also make sure the other advisors stay in line. His/hers say also weighs more heavily amongst the chairmen. In addition, the Chief Advisor also acts as a temporary replacement for a chairmen in the case one steps down. Also, if a veto process begins when a chairmen breaks a law in the charter, the Chief Advisor temporarily replaces him/her to vote with the other chairmen to remove him/her or to give him/her another chance.

5. DEPUTY CHAIRMEN; The Deputy Chairmen is a member of URON's government, but does not operate within the Burnooda Triangle. He/she can voice his/hers opinion on certain matters, but cannot declare law or vote upon decisions.




1. ORDER RESPONSE; When a member of URON's Burnooda Triangle asks you to do something, you do it. If however you feel that the order is wrong, you can send your complaints to the other Chairmen to hear there word of the matter.


2. URON APPLIANCE; A nation applying to join our alliance that is in a war must peace out of the wars that they are involved in before an application can be accepted. Also the nation that is in a war when an application is submitted may not in no way put the United Republic of Nations in their alliance affiliation while they are waiting to peace out of a war so applications can be accepted.


3. TECH RAIDING; Tech raiding nations is strictly prohibited.


4. INFORMATION LEAKING; Sharing information with another alliance or nation is prohibited unless otherwise stated to do so by a member of URON's Burnooda Triangle.


5. FORUM VISITATION; It is recommended that the forums be visited often to make sure the membership stays caught up on the current events of the alliance.

6. IRC AND OWF; All members must conduct them selves in the proper manner on IRC or the OWF. While we are tolerant, you are to represent the alliance on the channel. Think before you answer anything. No nation can post on the OWF in the name of the alliance unless first cleared the members of URON's Burnooda Triangle. Trolling will not be tolerated on either the IRC or OWF and no nation can post a declaration of war on the OWF or IRC unless first cleared by the members of the Burnooda Triangle.

7.TECH DEALS; All URON nations must honor their tech deals. If you enter into a trade then you have entered an agreement that must be followed through. All nations must enter into the aid reason that its a tech deal and how much for. Any nation that for what ever reason must let URON's Burnooda Triangle know if they are unable to complete or have problems with a tech deal.

8.WARCHESTS; All nations must keep a warchest and all nations must complete the monthly warchest check in. If a nation for what ever the reason can not complete a warchest check in or can not sustain a warchest, that nation must contact the Chairmen of War immediately.

9. BULLYING; Bullying will not be tolerated period. People from all walks of life play Cybernations and URON is an inclusive alliance. If you have a problem with people who are different to you take it to another alliance, its not welcome here. If you are having problems with another member that can be called bullying then let a member of URON's Burnooda Triangle know with any evidence you have. We are one big family here and while we understand that sometimes families have disagreements, we don't want our members feeling they have to leave because someone has taken an argument to the next level that includes on the forum, the OWF, in-game or the IRC channel.

10. AID; while URON will do anything to help nations who are members financially. There are step we must take to prevent nations taking advantage of this facility. If you feel you need aid every time your bills come in then your military is more then likely too big for your nation. In this case you need to reduce your military to fit in with your nation size. All nations who request aid to pay bills will have their military size monitored and if it is deemed to be too large aid may be refused until the said nation makes cuts in its military. If you require aid to complete a tech deal, then in this instance your nation is spending far too much money and not able to honor their deals. A nation will only be given aid once in this instance and also warned to check their spending and bills, If a nation has to request aid to pay a tech deal for a second time then that nation will be in danger of being removed from the alliance. If aid is being given for a specific item such as nation building or wonder purchase then the money given must be used for that purpose. A nation building grant must be spent on Infrastructure, land or improvements only. Nation building does not include Technology purchases. Nations who do no comply may be asked to pay the money back to the financing nation or another member who requires aid.

11. EMBASSIES; While all nations can have access to our embassies on other alliance forums all nations must conduct themselves in a manner that is conducive of friendship. No nation is allowed to post official government responses to posts on other alliance forums period. Only official government responses can be made by a member of URON's overall government. NO spying on an alliance forum unless it is first sanctioned by at least two member's of URON's Burnooda Triangle.

It is, as I believe, complete. I updated Parts 1 and 2 of section 1, and I added a part 4 to explain the role of the Deputy Chairmen. I also changed section 1's color as the dark blue was hard to read.

Ok, revised but NOT complete. I just want your guys' thoughts on it now, and if theres anything that needs to be added or taken away. But I do plan on shortening those long paragraphs sometime soon before it gets re-posted. And I need to spell Burmoda or whatever it is correctly so they dont have that to bitch about.

I think leaving on here and not posting a revised edition on the OWF as no matter what we put it will attract trolls.
